Reversable Pennant from Close to My Heart

I finally finished one side of this today. My friend Jess from Close to My Heart taught this class in my store. I decided to create it for my daughters room. Makenna loves it. One side says Makenna and the other says Shine. Makenna is my sunshine. She has a light about her that I am so glad she shares with the world. I could not have picked a better word.

Scrapping the Music

Scrapping the Music Challenge this time is Hanging by a Moment. Because I really love this song I was inspired to scrap to it. In the picture is my dog and the only cat out of my 3 that tolerate him. When I saw the line: "Here until you make me move" I thought it was a perfect fit for this picture. My dog will stay until the cat bats him in the head 3 or 4 times. I had a lot of fun with this challenge.
What I used:
random scrap paper
the Cricut Machine
the CuttleBug
twine
Stampin Up! ink and markers
Stampin Up! punches: Scallop Trim Border & Scallop Edge Border
Stampin Up! ribbon

Get Yout Sketch On Challenge #14

I used this sketch today to scrapbook the bowl-a-thon that I participated in. The bowl-a-thon was a fundraiser for The Center for Animal Health and Welfare. On my team was Jess from A Furry Tail Come True, my Aunt Sheree and my daughter Makenna. The fundraiser raised over $40,000. We were all so thrilled to be a part of such a successful event.

What I used:
Everything was from Stampin Up!:
Paper
Markers
Ink
Embellishements
The Cricut Machine was used to cut my pictures into circles.

Get Your Sketch On Challenge #13

Here is my next challenge entry for Get Your Sketch On. This is sketch #13. I used this picture of my daughter because I thought it was so silly. The picture was taken after my daughter went down the hill once on her sled and got snow inside her coat. She ripped off her snow clothes and said, "I'm done!" So my dad grabbed this ski mask and put it on her head. Her response to this 'new hat' was, "Look what Pop-Pop's makin' me wear!" Well, she put all of her stuff back on and sledded for hours. We could not get her in the house. Thanks dad for fixing the issue by lending her your ski mask. It made a great picture for a layout.

I used:
Paper by Little Yellow Bicycle
The Cricut Cartridge Accent Accentials
The CuttleBug Machine
Stampin Up! Punchs, Ribbon and Ink
Chipboard Letters
Buttons
Twine
File
